Dear Families,
We seem to be heading very quickly to the end of the year, and there is still a lot of learning to do and lots of events to attend. Please make sure you check SchoolBytes for weekly updates. The swim scheme finished last week and everyone had an amazing time. Two weeks does not unfortunatley ensure water competency, so this would be a great time for those who attended to sign up for swimming lessons at their local pool.
Kindy 2026
We now have over 80 applications for Kindergarten next year. Our transitions start next week, so if you haven't received this information, please contact the school to ensure your child's enrolment is complete. All students must be enroled before they can attend. These sessions provide a wonderful opportunity for families to learn about what happens when your child begins school and how we can work together to ensure a smooth transition.
2026 Enrolments
If you are moving out of the area and plan to enrol your children in another school next year, please notify us as soon as possible. This information is important as it impacts our class planning, which has already begun. The earlier we know, the better we can prepare.
Staffing
We have tentatively determined our staffing for next year, but as always, there may be some changes due to transfers, etc., so we are not yet able to advise you of which teachers will be on which stages. If you have a concern regarding your child's transition to a new class, please let your child's class teacher or Stage Assistant Principal know as soon as possible before we begin the task of class building.
New Website
Later this week, we will be launching our new-look website. The school photographer came in and took some extra pictures of students, so make sure you pop on and check out the new images. I'm sure you will agree it is much improved.
