What a year 2023 has been! It marks completion of my first full calendar year as a business owner and career ownership coach. I was recently asked by a prospective franchisee if I regret leaving corporate America or if I miss it. I emphatically said "NO!" without hesitation. Not once have I regretted my move to self-sufficiency. Something has been unlocked inside of me. I have a passion for the work I do. I have a hunger to do more and be more. Of course I have ups and downs and financial considerations were a major concern initially, but I wouldn't trade them for all the amazing possibilities at my fingertips today. There have been so many lessons learned, experiences gained, and blessings bestowed on us. Know that it's possible if you believe and have faith in yourself.
