Summer Survey

We will be sending out a survey for all who attended this summer. Please let us know how you felt about the summer program. This helps us with planning for next summer as well as taking care of any issues that may have arisen. Thank you for your input.

Lost and Found

We have quite a few things left from the summer. Please take time to look through the classroom lost and found bins. Anything not claimed by September 18 will be absorbed into our borrow items or donated to one of the local thrift stores.

Gym Times

We will be able to use the school gym each week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; 10:30-11:25 for the Beehive and 10:45-11:45 for the Butterflies and 11:00-11:45 for the Wiggleworms.

Music Class

Unfortunately, Miss Kerry will not be able to teach our music class this year. We have been trying to find a new music teacher, but nothing has worked yet. If you know of anyone who might have the skills and patience to teach us some music, please send them to us.

Immunization Update

When your child receives new immunizations, please bring those records in to the office. We must keep immunizations up to date on all children. Our records are checked yearly to make sure all children are current. Thank you for your help in this matter.

Chapel with the School

Once a month we join the school for their Wednesday Chapel. This is always on the week that the specific grades lead the chapel time. School Chapel starts at 8:20 so we need to leave by 8:15. For this reason we serve breakfast after chapel is over at about 9:00. Because chapel with the school is never a set day of the month, please make sure to check the newsletter.

Dragonflies

Early out and No school days

On early out and no school days the Dragonflies will combine with the Busy Bees. If you are dropping your child off in the morning, please take them to the Beehive. Trinity students will need a sack lunch on early out days and all students will need a sack lunch on no school days.
