Dear Families,
Testing season has officially begun at Pentucket, and our students are hard at work preparing for both MCAS and AP exams. We know this time of year can be demanding, and we are proud of the focus, effort, and determination our students are demonstrating in their classes each day. As always, we encourage families to help students prioritize a good night’s sleep, a healthy breakfast, and consistent attendance so they can do their best.
With the arrival of spring, we are starting to see glimpses of warmer weather—along with a few reminders that New England spring can keep us on our toes! Even with some ups and downs in the forecast, it’s great to see students outside more, teams back on the fields, and that sense of renewed energy that comes with this time of year.
I also want to highlight a great experience for members of our Student Advisory Council, who recently participated in “A Day on the Hill.” During this event, students engaged in timely policy discussions, attended legislative briefings, and received practical advocacy guidance. It was an incredible opportunity for our students to learn how to make their voices heard and to better understand the work happening on Beacon Hill.
It’s always inspiring to see our students represent Pentucket with such thoughtfulness and maturity. We are proud of the way they continue to grow as informed and engaged citizens.
Have a great week,
Brenda Erhardt

Dress for School
As we begin to enjoy the warmer weather and the signs of spring, we wanted to take a moment to remind everyone about expectations for appropriate dress at school.
We understand that changing temperatures often bring a shift in clothing choices, and we want to ensure that all students remain comfortable while also maintaining a respectful and appropriate learning environment. Our goal is to support a school setting that is safe, inclusive, and focused on learning.
As a general reminder, student attire should:
- Provide appropriate coverage for a school setting
- Be free of language or images that are inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive
- Allow students to participate fully in all school activities throughout the day
If a student’s attire does not meet these expectations, we will address it in a respectful and supportive manner and may ask the student to make adjustments.
We appreciate your partnership in reinforcing these expectations at home. Clear and consistent communication between home and school helps ensure a positive experience for all students.

Aluminum Panthers at University of NH District Robotics Competition
The Aluminum Panthers competed last weekend in the University of NH District Robotics Competition. The team worked through several challenges during many grueling hours over the weekend. They were chosen as a backup to compete in the playoffs. When their alliance had a robot that went out of commission, our robotics team #9443 rolled into quick action to step in and help - ultimately claiming the WINNING alliance position for the whole event! What an adrenaline-filled robotics season it has been! To watch them compete in the playoffs round they helped win, check out this live stream link via youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BPhUdmep0nw&t=15s For more detailed info and videos of our team, check out this link: https://frc-events.firstinspires.org/2026/team/9443
