Families, friends, teachers, administrators, and the Edgewood community came together to honor the Class of 2025 during four heartfelt graduation ceremonies.

The celebrations began with the Learn4Life – Edgewood graduation, where students proudly walked the stage at the Edgewood Theatre to receive their diplomas. Their excitement and individuality shone through in their decorated stoles and graduation caps.

On Monday, June 2, Edgewood Fine Arts Academy held its ceremony. Principal Dr. Graciela Martinez commended each graduate for their hard work and reminded them that they are forever part of the Edgewood family. Valedictorian Hillary Bravo and Salutatorian Berlin Galan both thanked their parents for encouraging and supporting them in the classroom and beyond. The event was filled with cheers, a few tears, and a joyful balloon drop to mark the occasion.

That evening, the Memorial High School Minutemen gathered under the lights at Veterans Stadium. Valedictorian Michelle Pizano expressed gratitude to her family for their unwavering support, while Salutatorian Emily Berrones credited her parents for inspiring her academic drive. Principal Miguel Elizondo celebrated the class’s achievements and reminded them to always take pride in their West Side roots. The night concluded with a spectacular fireworks display.

On Wednesday, June 4, a sea of green filled Veterans Stadium as the John F. Kennedy Class of 2025 celebrated their graduation. Principal Jessica Husband thanked the seniors for sharing their final year with her and applauded their many accomplishments. Valedictorian Abigayle Morin praised her classmates for overcoming every challenge, and Salutatorian Guadalupe Rios encouraged graduates to take risks and embrace new opportunities. After moving their tassels, the graduates enjoyed a vibrant and colorful fireworks finale.
