We have several events coming up this month as outlined below. If you need information about our new system for paying lunch money, please read the school lunch section.

• Our first lunchtime attendance reward activity will be held on Friday, September 5th
• Picture Day on Monday, September 8th
• No School on Monday, September 15th - District Development Day
• Our PTA Family Movie Night and Basket Auction is Friday, September 19th
• Mustang Pride Assembly for September - Friday, September 26th

Please read through the newsletter for more detailed information on upcoming events. The PTA is in need of donation items for the basket auction. Scroll down to see what items are needed.

There will be no school for students on Monday, September 15th as teachers will be attending training and staff development meetings.

Watch for a picture packet with instructions coming home this week in your child's backpack. You can also order online using the information from this flyer!

Mark your calendars and plan to attend the PTA Family Movie Night on Friday, September 19th. The featured movie that was most voted by students is HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON. There will be food, activities and themed baskets that patrons can bid on. It will be a fun night for everyone!

Please send any items you are donating to the front office or to your classroom teacher.

Nebo District is no longer using iCampus for school lunch payments. All payments can be made through linqconnect.com or by downloading the LINQ App.

To create an account you will need your child's name, birthdate and student ID Number. From the app you can pay lunch money, check balances and see your child's account activity.

Of course, you are still welcome to send cash or checks to the lunch department, but the app makes payments even easier. Let us know if you need any help.

We encourage families to apply for free and reduced lunch to help reduce costs for your family. A new state law went into effect and if you qualify, the benefits are better than they have ever been before.

3 person household - $39,303 or below

4 person household - up to $59,478

5 person household - up to $69,653

6 person household - up to $79,828

7 person household - up to $90,003

8 person household - up to $100,175
