Welcome to the Luce Road ECLC Panther Cubs Family!

Dear Families,

We are absolutely thrilled to welcome you and your child to the 2026–2027 school year at Luce Road Early Childhood Learning Center, home of the Panther Cubs! It is the place Where Little Panther Cubs Begin Big Journeys!

This year our school theme is inspired by The Magic School Bus and the famous words of Ms. Frizzle: “Take chances, make mistakes, and get messy!” Every day will be filled with opportunities for curiosity, creativity, and discovery. We cannot wait to see where our adventures together will take us.

From Childcare to Kindergarten, our entire teaching team is ready to bring learning to life and turn each day into an adventure. Students will experience the joy of free choice time, the creativity of Intentional Play in the classrooms, and the wonder of a School Library experience designed around thematic and dramatic play learning.

At Luce Road, we believe every child is unique, capable, and full of potential. Our teachers and staff are dedicated to creating a safe, caring, and engaging environment where your Panther Cub can thrive. We also believe in strong partnerships with families, knowing that when we work together our children soar.

We cannot wait to see the smiles, hear the laughter, and watch our Panther Cubs grow each and every day. Here’s to a year of learning, exploring, and creating unforgettable memories together as one Luce Road family.

Warm regards

Dr. Ernest Conerly

WELCOME TO KINDERGARTEN ADVENTURE CAMP WELCOME TO KINDERGARTEN ADVENTURE CAMP

Creating strong classrooms begins with getting to know each child. During the first two weeks of school, our Young Fives and Kindergarten students will participate in Kindergarten Adventure Camp before final class lists are created.During Adventure Camp, students will learn, play, and build relationships with support from our teachers and paraprofessionals. They will rotate through different groups and enjoy activities in reading, math, science, social studies, and social-emotional learning while practicing school routines and expectations. This time helps our team learn each child’s strengths, needs, personality, and learning style. We will use this information to create balanced classrooms where every child feels supported and can be successful.Once classroom assignments are finalized, families will be invited to Reveal Day to meet their child’s teacher and celebrate the beginning of a wonderful school year.
