Youth Summer Athletic Clinics

We are very excited about the new Youth and Community Track & Field program. Please review the details below.
- In an effort to grow our wrestling program the youth wrestling clinic will be offered at no cost.
- Please note, all clinics are offered for both boys and girls.
- All clinics are led by Middleborough High School head coaches, assistants and student volunteers.
Youth & Community Track & Field
Where: Middleborough High School Track & Stadium

Description: Participants will learn the basic skills of track and field, geared towards their age and ability. All participants will be led by coaches and student volunteers with a warm-up on the track and turf infield. Participants will practice long jump, disc, shot, javelin, hurdles, 100 yard dash and select distance events (based on ability). Participants will compete every other week in a modified track meet and earn awards to take home proudly. Parents and families will be encouraged to walk the outside lanes of the track or around campus during the activity. Or, just enjoy watching your little ones from the bleachers.
