The First Annual General Meeting is a confirmation and compliance meeting only.

The business of the meeting will be limited to the following:

1. Confirmation of quorum and membership (per Schedule A)

2. Adoption of the AGM agenda

3. Receipt of reports

   • Chair’s Report

   • Executive Director’s Report

   • Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended October 31, 2025

4. Confirmation of Directors and Officers

5. Addressing the mandatory audit requirement under By-Law 11.05

No other business will be conducted at this meeting.
