8th GradeClap OutFriday. May 22nd, 2026

❗ UPDATED INFORMATION❗

Added below is a link to volunteer for the inflatables. This was also in last week's East Weekly.

Pool Permission slips + $5 for pool admission are due Friday, May 15th to their House Teacher. We have extras in the main office, but all students received one on Fitness Fundraiser Day.

On the permission slip is the request for water, chips, and dessert donations to accompany their sandwiches. If you are donating any items, please feel free to start dropping them off to the main office. Also there is no food delivery allowed on this day as stated on the permission slip.

🎉 Clap Out Details 🎉

We’re so excited to celebrate our amazing 8th graders as they prepare to take their next big step into high school!

🎉 Clap Out & Celebration on Friday, May 22nd
On the big day, students will start by exiting through the main entrance and walking along the sidewalk toward the basketball courts and side parking lot—where the fun begins with inflatable activities just for them!

🎈 Parking Reminder
Please note that the side parking lot (with basketball hoops) will be closed that morning due to the inflatable setup. Families can park in the front lot, along Riva Ridge or up near High Point and walk down the path.

👏 Clap Out Details
The 8th Grade Clap Out will begin around 9:30 AM. Families are welcome to start lining up a little before 9:30 AM outside the main doors, continuing along the sidewalk to the side parking lot with the basketball courts. Come ready to cheer, clap, and celebrate this exciting milestone!

💧Pool Day at Foxboro
After the inflatables, students will walk to Foxboro Pool for a fun afternoon to wrap up the celebration. A permission slip with full details will be sent home next week, so please keep an eye out for that in your child’s backpack.

🙌 We Need Volunteers!
We’d love your help making the morning extra special. Be on the lookout for an opportunity to volunteer during the inflatable activities in the East Weekly from Mrs. Kirsten. You can also click here to sign up.

Thank you for your continued support—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
