Principal's Corner: A Message from Principal Thomas
Student Attendance Matters
As part of our 90-Day School Improvement Plan, we are placing a strong focus on student attendance. Every missed day is a missed opportunity for learning. Research consistently shows a clear link between attendance and academic success. Please partner with us in making daily attendance a priority. We want all students present and ready to grow every day!
Best regards,
Derrick L. Thomas

Love My Bus Month
February is Love My Bus Month, a time to celebrate the incredible school bus drivers and transportation teams who safely get our students to and from school every day. From early mornings to afternoon drop-offs, they help keep our school community moving with care and a smile.
Families are invited to show their appreciation all month long—and to join us for Walk & Roll Day on February 11! Walking, biking, or rolling to school is a fun way to celebrate safe travel and support all the ways students get to school. Let’s show the love!
