End of the Year Senior Information
Important Dates and Times
- May 4 - 15 - JCTC Only - JCTC Final Exams (Virtual & JCTC classes will not meet after this point)
- May 19 (1:00 PM) - Senior Signing Day
- May 20 (6:00 PM) - Honors Night (Invitation Only)
- May 20 - Senior Fun Day (Afternoon) Senior Grades Due
- May 21 - Malibu Jack's Trip
- May 22 - King's Island Trip
- May 26
- 8:00 - Report to School for Attendance
- 8:30 - Senior Breakfast & Thank You Notes
- 9:00 - Graduation Practice Required (Students will receive caps and gowns)
- 12:15 - Senior Lunch Provided by the Parents
- 12:45 - Leave high school by bus for graduate visits
- 1:00 - Winn/CCDC
- 1:30 - CCMS
- 2:00 - Cartmell
- 2:30 - CCHS
- May 27 - Last day for students
- 8:00 - Report to School for Attendance
- 8:30 - Senior Breakfast
- 9:00 - Senior Honors Day (Students will receive graduation cords. Guests welcome.)

Senior Trip Information
Event Information
Seniors will be spending the school day at Malibu Jack's. Malibu Jack's offers go-karts, laser tag, mini-golf, inflatables and video game credits. Cost: $15 (Due May 7, 2026) If the cost is problematic, please see Lisa Frank as soon as possible. Permission slip (Due April 30, 2026)

Graduation Ceremony Information
Date: Saturday, May 30, 2026
Location: Carroll County High School Gymnasium
Schedule:
9:00 AM Doors Open
9:00 AM Seniors Arrive
9:25 AM Seniors Gather in the Cafeteria
9:35 AM Seniors Line Up in the Hallway
9:55 AM Faculty Walk
- No Admission for Guests Through the Front Entrance at this Point
10:00 AM Ceremony Begins
Graduation Tickets
All students will receive 2 floor tickets and 6 bleacher tickets. Students will receive these tickets on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. Tickets will not be released before this date. The number of tickets was determined based upon the fire marshal code limits for the gymnasium. Please do not attempt to sell graduation tickets.
Guests may enter the school at 9:00 AM on Saturday, May 30, 2026. Seats are available on a first come, first serve basis. Floor seating is reserved for individuals holding designated tickets.
Caps and Gowns
Caps and gowns will be given to students during the first day of graduation practice, May 26. They will then be worn by the graduates as we tour the district schools. Caps and gowns will not be released before this date.
Honors and Awards
Students will receive their honors cords, academic and career readiness, and NHS stoles during Senior Honors Day, May 27, 2026, 9:00 AM. This event is open to parents and guardians.
Cords, stoles, medals, or other types of awards not approved by Carroll County High School may not be worn during graduation.
CCHS Honors Cords:
Black: Graduating with Honors, Cum Laude - 3.5 GPA Minimum
Gold: Graduating with High Honors, Magna Cum Laude - 3.8 GPA Minimum
Braided: Graduating with Highest Honors, Summa Cum Laude - 4.1 GPA Minimum

White: Academic or Career Readiness
Double White: Academic and Career Readiness
Blue: International Thespian with Honors
Red & Gold – Seal of Biliteracy
Medals
Top Twenty Senior *From 3rd nine weeks grades
Stoles
White: National Honor Society
Sashes
White: Valedictorian/Salutatorian
Blue: FFA Honors
