Bad Weather Plan
If we have to cancel school at the building, we will still have school virtually. The schedule will be as follows:
8:45 - 9:00am Students MUST meet with their teacher in the Google classroom link. This will be the first attendance for the day. This is where they will get their assignments for the day.
Cameras must be on, so the teacher can see their face. Student must be in school appropriate clothes. No pajamas are allowed.
10:00am - 12:00pm - teachers will be available in the same link in case students have any questions about their work for the day.
Students may log on and ask questions if they need help. They are not required to be in this link. It is there if they need help. However, if a teacher needs this time for teaching and instruction, they may require this time if they choose.
2:45 - 3:15 Students MUST meet with their teacher for instructions for the next day and to wrap up the day. This is their second attendance for the day.

Hansel & Gretel
Canadian PS has allowed us to use one of their buses and a driver to take all our students together on the 18th to Hansel and Gretel performed by Oklahoma City University students.
Please have your student wear their Osprey shirt. We will leave the school at 7:30am, so please be here by 7:10 to get students loaded on the bus. We will return by 2:30pm. Please send your student with a sack lunch.
Parents are welcome to meet us at the university and watch the play with us. We have six open tickets. Please call the office if you are interested in one of these tickets, and we'll reserve your ticket. First come, first served.
After School Tutoring
Thank you for taking the time to respond to our “How are we doing” survey. Your feedback is important and valued!
Several of you expressed the need to bring back free after school tutoring. Last year’s program was paid for by a grant that we no longer receive, which is why the change was made to charge for it this year. However, we definitely agree this is an area of need and, therefore, have reallocated funds from another project, so we may offer after school tutoring at no cost.
As of 10/31/2022, there will be NO COST for after school tutoring. Days and hours remain M-Th 3:30-5:00pm.
We appreciate you voicing your hopes, appreciation, and concerns. We hope this reallocation of funds will allow our students to utilize the after school tutoring to enhance their education.
