REMINDER: No school for students on Monday!
Native American Heritage
Our 5th graders were lucky enough to be invited to the middle school to learn more about the history and cultures of the Native American heritage of the Pokagon Band of the Potawatomi. The presentation was centered around beautiful music and dances.
📢 Preview: Student Perception Survey
During the window of February 23 to March 6, our 3rd-5th students will have the opportunity to participate in our annual perception survey. These surveys are a vital tool that helps us understand the "pulse" of our school from the people who experience them every day: our students.
Why do we take these surveys?
Data tells us what is happening in our schools (like grades and attendance), but perception surveys tell us the why. We use this feedback to:
Improve School Climate: Ensure every student feels safe, seen, and supported.
Guide Strategic Planning: Align our district goals with the actual needs of our community.
Strengthen Relationships: Better understand the student-teacher connection.

In the interest of full transparency, we are sharing the survey questions with you ahead of time. We want you to feel informed and comfortable with the topics being discussed. You may click the link below to view the student survey questions.
