Sweet Rewards for a Full House Friday Sweet Rewards for a Full House Friday

We’re excited to share a fun way we’re celebrating strong attendance at Capitol Hill! Our ASERT team is launching “Full House Friday,” where we recognize the class with the highest percentage of students present each Friday.

Each week at 2:20pm, we’ll announce the winning class, and every student in that class will go home with a small sweet treat to celebrate their commitment to being at school and ready to learn. At the end of the quarter, the class with the most Friday wins will enjoy a pizza party together!

We’re already off to a great start—Mrs. Connelly’s class and Mrs. J.’s class both achieved 100% attendance on a Friday! Congratulations to these classes for setting the bar high!

Thank you for your partnership in supporting consistent attendance—it truly makes a difference for student learning and connection.

Plastic Film Collection Drive Plastic Film Collection Drive

We will have a plastic film collection at the school on April 28th, 2026. Please save all your plastic film that would normally be thrown away a bring to the school to recycle. Plastic film can be dropped off at the school between 7:50 and 10am.

This is a great way to reuse single use plastic, reduce your family’s garbage and do something good for Earth Day!

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to ariel.salzman@gmail.com.
