AFTERCARE PROCEDURE AND PICKUP CHANGES

All regular aftercare students will have a check out card for each person on their checkout list. When picking up students from aftercare, you will be asked to present this card for identification.

Each card has a special number specific for that pick up person.

If you are a drop in to aftercare, you will need to call the office to let us know and

to get your ID number for pick up.

ALL payments are through our FACTS system!

Students will be picked up on the playground on most days-weather permitting. Enter south gate of playground (same as drop-off) and come to awning to sign your student out. Enter with extreme caution and drive slowly when students are on the playground.

If too hot, cold, or raining pickup from Dumas Multipurpose Building. If children are not on playground, enter through the Dumas gate on 24th St (gate past the playground entrance) and enter the building to sign them out from the aftercare room.

OUTERWEAR REMINDERS! OUTERWEAR REMINDERS!

The only outwear that is acceptable is Zoghby's or Dennis.

We have several sweatshirts that are acceptable for daily use as well:

Navy blue Pioneers sweatshirt sold by Student Council

Red, blue or grey sweatshirt from PFC (Pioneer head on the back)

Red/blue sweatshirt from the Zoghby's website

Why do trees despise tests?

Any other sweatshirts are for Friday wear only.

Girls may wear NAVY leggings under skirts.

Thank you for your help with this!
