A Message from Dr. Sanchez
PMSA Community,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to share a few important updates as we move into the holiday season. This week, our team successfully completed student scheduling for the next school year. This is always a major undertaking, and I am incredibly proud of the careful planning, collaboration, and attention to student needs that went into the process. Ensuring that every student is aligned with the appropriate courses and pathways is essential to setting them up for success, and I want to thank our counseling department, which contributed their time, expertise, and patience to make this happen.
It has also been a wonderful and uplifting week on campus. We had the opportunity to celebrate our senior students by surprising them with a Thanksgiving treat as a small token of appreciation for their hard work, leadership, and dedication. Moments like these remind us of the strong sense of community we share and the importance of recognizing our students as they move closer to the next chapter of their journey.
As we head into the Thanksgiving holiday, I want to extend my sincere gratitude to all of you, our staff, students, families, and community partners, for your ongoing support. Your commitment to PMSA and to the success of our students is felt every day. I wish you all a restful, safe, and joyful Thanksgiving break surrounded by loved ones. Thank you once again for everything you do.
-Dr. Sanchez
-Dr. Sanchez

Student Recognition/Reconocimiento Estudiantil
At PMSA, we center student recognition as a key part of our school culture. To celebrate the achievements and contributions of our students and staff, we have established a Students of the Month program.
Each month, one department is responsible for selecting one student per grade to receive the award based on academic merit, as outlined by each department. In addition, we recognize a Student Python of the Month and a Faculty Python of the Month. These awards are presented to students and staff who embody our school motto: “Driven by Excellence, Grounded in Kindness.” Award recipients are recognized at our monthly board meetings.
