Dear DeSales Families,
As we begin the re-registration process for the next school year, I want to offer my appreciation for entrusting DeSales Catholic School with your children. I make it my daily mission that while in our care, your children are safe, loved, and receive the best educational experience that is possible. DeSales will experience a slight tuition increase for the upcoming year. This modest adjustment is necessary to help cover operational costs, in particular ensuring our teachers receive a salary increase. We recognize the financial challenges that some families may face and encourage families to apply for assistance.
The early re-registration discount will take place now through Monday, March 3rd. The registration fee will be $100 for each child. Beginning March 4th, the registration fee per child will increase to $125.
Tuition assistance is offered to any family in need or that may be experiencing financial difficulties. The BISON Children’s Scholarship Fund provides additional financial assistance for families of all faiths. I am happy to announce that the BISON fund has increased the maximum award for assistance, so families that qualify may see their tuition rate decrease!
Financial aid information can be found on our website, http://desalescatholicschool.org/Enrollment/Financial-Aid. If you have question about financial aid, please reach out to our Business Manager, Mrs. Cathy Fraass. Please know that all requests are kept in strictest confidence.
A $500 credit toward next year's tuition is also offered to any current DeSales family who refers a new family to our school. To qualify, the new student must register for grades K-8, must not have previously attended DeSales, and must make six consecutive payments in order for the $500 tuition credit to be applied to the existing family's account. Each existing family may refer as many families as possible and receive a $500 credit for each referral, but at no time will the amount of credits exceed the amount of tuition owed.
Please know that we at DeSales are grateful to you for allowing us the privilege of helping you to educate your child. We thank you for sacrificing much for your children to attend DeSales Catholic School. The quality of your child’s education, as well as their formation in faith, is our top priority. We are very proud of our school and all the great things that are happening here --from STREAM to athletics to academics to spiritual life. Families, students, faculty, staff, clergy, and board members all working together will ensure the continued success of your children and DeSales Catholic School.

Please register by 3/3 to save on the student registration fee.
The annual student registration fee of $125 per student will be discounted to $100 (SAVE $25) until 3/3/2024. This fee will be added to your FACTS tuition account.
We anticipate another busy year in Admissions. We encourage all families to confirm their registration early to secure their students spot at DeSales.

The annual student re-registration fee will be discounted to $100.00 per student until 3/3/2025 (SAVE $25.00!). The re-registration fee will be billed/withdrawn through your FACTS tuition account on the following dates:
- Registrations received by 2/1/2025 will be withdrawn on 2/14/2025
- Registrations received by 3/3/2025 will be withdrawn on 3/14/2025
If your family pays tuition in full, you will receive an invoice for your re-registration fee. Families who paid in full should still confirm registration using the link above.
If your student is not returning to DeSales for the 2025-2026 school year, we kindly ask that you please notify the Business Office.

Financial Aid Options
The Bison Children's Scholarship Fund
PRE-APPLICATION NOW OPEN! - Last year DeSales students received over $100,000 in scholarships from the Bison Fund!
The Bison Fund Scholarship pre-application is now open! Interested families can click on the “Apply Now” button to be placed in the scholarship lottery. Please visit https://bisonfund.com/our-scholarships/
The BISON Children’s Scholarship Fund is a privately funded organization whose mission is helping families afford the cost of private K-12 schools. Students who attend DeSales are eligible for these income based scholarships.
Pre-application deadline is March 15, 2025.
Catholic Parish Stipend
The Catholic Parish Stipend tuition rate is granted to DeSales families who are members of a local Catholic parish. This stipend is funded solely by DeSales Catholic School. To request this tuition savings for your family, please indicate your church parish on your Registration Confirmation.
DeSales Tuition Assistance
Need-based tuition assistance is available for any student registered in grades K - 8 at DeSales Catholic School. Guidelines and applications are available on the DeSales website. If you need a hard copy of the application sent home to you, please message Mrs. Fraass
· All DeSales Scholarship applicants must also apply to the BISON Fund
· All awards are confidential
· Applications are due to DeSales Finance Office by April 15th
· Applications from new students or for financial emergencies are considered anytime.
