FCMS EXPRESS
Week of March 30, 2026
Attention:
With warmer weather approaching, we would like to gently remind all students to follow the FCCSC school dress code policy. Our goal is to maintain a positive and respectful learning environment for everyone. Students who are not in compliance may be asked to make adjustments. If you have any questions about the guidelines, please refer to the FCMS Student Handbook on page 27.
It's always a good idea for students to keep an extra set of clothes in their locker.

College Go Week
All students participated in College Go Week prior to Spring Break. Eighth-grade students had the opportunity to visit and tour Whitewater Career Center in Connersville, where they learned about various program options available to them in high school. Students in grades 6–8 also completed a career exploration activity led by the high school Career Coach, Mrs. Schmidt.
In addition, all students took part in Career Day, during which twenty community speakers shared insights and opportunities related to their professions. Students had the chance to attend multiple presentations. To celebrate college awareness, students also showed their college spirit by participating in themed dress-up days and supporting colleges that interest them.
