Attendance Matters! - Dress Down
This Friday, we’re celebrating the POWER of showing up!
Our daily attendance goal is 95% or higher, because when scholars are here, they grow, they learn, and they thrive! 🌟To bring awareness to how important every day is, we’re having an All-School Dress Down Day and Attendance Celebration this Friday! 🎉👟
✅ Why Attendance Matters (K4–8th Grade):
Missing just 2 days per month can add up to missing a whole month of learning by the end of the year.
Scholars who are consistently present are more likely to read at grade level and be ready for college and career success later on.
Studies show that good attendance habits starting in elementary school are one of the biggest predictors of high school graduation.
Every day matters—skills build day by day, and each lesson connects to the next!
Let’s make this Friday a celebration of showing up, being present, and making every moment count! 🎓📚
Please make sure your scholar is at school on time and on a mission to learn and grow.
We can’t wait to celebrate our scholars and all the hard work they’re putting in!
30-Day Attendance Challenge!
As we approach the final weeks of school, every day truly matters!
Starting Monday, May 5th, we're excited to kick off our 30-day attendance challenge.
Each week, students who show perfect attendance—here every day and on time—will not only receive a prize but also be entered into our end-of-the-year celebration.
Let’s encourage our scholars to win big by ensuring they arrive every day before 8:00 a.m.!
Staff Appreciation Week - May 5th - 9th
Staff Appreciation Week is just around the corner!
Next week, we’re excited to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the wonderful individuals who serve and support your scholars every single day.
We invite you to write a warm letter of thanks and appreciation to your child’s teacher.
If you decide to give a little gift, that’s absolutely welcome, but it’s totally optional!
