πŸ“ FREE PHYSICALS FOR ATHLETES πŸ“ πŸ“ FREE PHYSICALS FOR ATHLETES πŸ“

If your student is currently a school athlete, planning to join school athletics, or even thinking about participating, this information is for you!

Cedarville schools are partnering with Dr. Hamby's office again this year to provide FREE physicals to our student athletes. Every physical is free, for every student. Insurance will NOT be billed, and there is no charge to families.

There is a physical form that will be sent home and must be completely filled out by a parent/guardian and returned to school before the day physicals begin. These physicals will be conducted beginning on March 31st (the Monday after we return from spring break) and will continue until all students with completed paperwork have been seen. Please turn in forms before students leave for spring break!

Forms will be given out on Monday, March 10th. Coaches will have forms for current athletes, and these forms will be given to current 6th graders through their science class. There should be extras in the office for 7th/8th grade students who are not currently participating in athletics. Please ask your student for these!

Physicals are good for a calendar year, so it is recommended that ALL athletes take advantage of these free physicals to ensure they are covered for the entirety of the 2025-26 school year.

Students who do not receive a physical through the school will be required to provide an updated physical before he/she will be eligible to participate in school sports.

Mrs. Molder is excited to pass the Staff of the Week award to Mrs. Hopkins!

Mrs. Hopkins is an amazing teacher who brings so much creativity and experience to her students. From real-world assignments to job shadowing, she constantly finds ways to make learning fun and meaningful for her students, ensuring they leave her classroom with skills they can use beyond school. On top of that, she’s an incredible coworkerβ€”always supportive, positive, and willing to help. She goes above and beyond for both her students and our team, and I’m thankful to work with her and learn from her.
