Good News! As always, I am extending our wildcat t-shirt fundraiser deadline to this coming Monday! It's not too late to get in on the action.
CES Wildcat T-shirt Fundraiser
It was a busy week of volunteering for our sixth graders. On Thursday, I traveled to the animal shelter with Kahli Provost, Yazmin Yupangui Guaman, and Skylar Hutchins. They mopped the lobby floor, helped out with laundry, and then played with a very sweet puppy named Magenta. The shelter recently received a shipment of very sweet dogs - in case you are looking to add a member to your family.
Friday was the October Cambridge community luncheon. James Hutchins, Calvin Mascolino, and Bryce Hickman were incredible volunteers who got right to work after being trained by Ira Leitz. They required zero supervision from me as they took their responsibilities very seriously and were then rewarded with some delicious shepherd's pie and delectable desserts.
Great job everyone!
Have a wonderful weekend! Snow flakes will be here before you know it!

Community Budget Collaboration & Act 73 Presentation
At Lamoille North Supervisory Union & School District, the voices of our students, families, staff, and community members are essential in shaping the future of our schools. As we begin the planning process for the Fiscal Year 2027 budget, we want to hear from you.
The Lamoille North Modified Unified Union School District Board is hosting a Community Budget Collaboration and Act 73 Discussion on Monday, November 10, 2025, from 6:00 to 7:30 in the CEC at Green Mountain Tech. The evening will include round table discussions based on community budget priorities, a free dinner prepared by the Lamoille North School Nutrition team, and a presentation on the efforts of the working groups created by the passing of Vermont's Act 73 by school board members and district leaders.
In preparation for the discussion on Monday, November 10th, we're asking parents, families, staff, and community members to complete a short school budget survey.
You can use this link to access the survey.
