Middle School Faith Retreat form is now available in your child’s PowerSchool account under Forms and Fees. This form must be completed or your child will not be able to go.

The Athletic Informed Consent form is now available in your child’s PowerSchool account under Forms and Fees. This form must be completed before any student can try out for a school sports team.

To avoid any disappointment, we strongly encourage parents to complete the form as soon as possible. By submitting it now, your child will be cleared to participate in all athletic opportunities throughout the school year—including team tryouts.

The Town Transportation Informed Consent form is now available in your child’s PowerSchool account under Forms and Fees. This form must be completed before any student can attended in town field trips.

To avoid any disappointment, we strongly encourage parents to complete the form as soon as possible. By submitting it now, your child will be cleared to participate in most in town Transportation trips throughout the school year.

Supervision starts at 8:25 and school ends at 3:05 p.m.

Students cannot be held in the office to wait for pick-up.

To help us manage pick-ups efficiently, please make arrangements with your child ahead of time so they know when to meet you at the office. Please call the office before 2:30 pm.

You must come into the office to pick up your child.

After 2:30, regular dismissal routines, we cannot guarantee that your child will get the message.

If you child will be away, please use - use email spcsattendance@rdcrs.ca or call 403 343 3238.

If you are dropping off lunch for your child, there is now a cart in the office.

Please LABEL each bag with your child’s name and homeroom teacher and grade. Leave the lunch on the cart.

Students will be notified and will come down at their lunch block.

Please join us at Sacred Heart on Tuesday, August 26 at 9:30 AM for our opening Mass. Come meet our new priest at Sacred Heart Parish, Father Andrew.
