Dear Primary Parents,
Happy November! We are excited to share the wonderful learning experiences and activities happening this month with our primary students. As we move into this season of gratitude, our classrooms are full of curiosity, kindness, and hands-on learning.
This Month's Highlights:
Character Focus: November's character trait is caring/gratitude. We will be encouraging students to practice thankfulness at school and at home.
Classroom Learning: Students will continue building skills in reading, writing, and math while exploring fun fall-themed projects and activities.
Reminders:
*As the weather gets cooler, please send your child with Academy-appropriate outerwear labeled with their name.
*Please review the dress code for cooler weather reminders.
Here are a few:
*No hoodies for Pre-K through 5th grade.
*No sweatpants, leggings, or tights are allowed if worn under a skirt/skort/shorts.
*Check planners and backpacks regularly for updates, homework, and important notices.
*Attendance is important. Thank you for helping your child arrive on time and ready to learn each day.
We are grateful for your ongoing support and partnership. November is a special time to reflect on the many things we appreciate, and our students and families are at the top of that list.
