Grandview Elementary
Parent/ Family Update - July 17, 2026
October 30, 2026
From the Principal:
Happy Friday, Grandview Families!
It's hard to believe we are already wrapping up October! We ended the month with lots of excitement and fun as students celebrated Halloween with our annual Parade of Characters and classroom parties! It was wonderful to see all the creative costumes, smiling faces, and excitement throughout the building. Thank you to our families who came out to cheer on our students during the parade and to everyone who helped make the classroom celebrations so special. We appreciate your support in making these memorable experiences for our Tigers!
As a reminder, there will be NO SCHOOL on Monday, November 2nd. We hope everyone enjoys the long weekend, and we look forward to welcoming our students back on Tuesday, November 3rd!
Thank you, as always, for your continued support and partnership. We are grateful for our Grandview families and the wonderful school community we share. Have a safe and enjoyable weekend!

Join us as we honor the brave men and women who have served our country at Bellevue Independent Schools’ Veterans Day Ceremony on Wednesday, November 11 at 1:30 PM in Ben Flora Gymnasium. 🇺🇸
If your family has a veteran you would like to recognize, please RSVP and send a photo along with when and where they served to tiffany.hicks@bellevue.kyschools.us or katrina.rechtin@bellevue.kyschools.us. We look forward to honoring their service with our school community.
Kentucky Safe Schools Tip Line:
In order to promote a safe and healthy school environment, we encourage all of our students to report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or mental health concerns to a trusted adult. If they do not feel comfortable talking to an adult in the building, they can always report concerns to the Kentucky Safe Schools Tip Line at 1-866-393-6659. All reports to the Kentucky Safe Schools Tip Line are completely anonymous.
