Message from Mrs. Jones
Hello, Fallbrook Families,
Last week was filled with exciting opportunities as our students explored their post-secondary pathways. We were thrilled to host several outstanding college presentations that gave our juniors and seniors valuable insights into different institutions and programs. The enthusiasm and thoughtful questions from our students demonstrated their genuine commitment to making informed decisions about their futures.
Friday's lunchtime college fair was equally impressive, with representatives from a wide variety of colleges and universities connecting directly with our students. It was wonderful to see students engaging confidently with admissions representatives, collecting information, and beginning to envision themselves on various campuses. These events are invaluable in helping our students understand the breadth of opportunities available to them and the steps needed to achieve their goals.
On Saturday, our Saturday Academy coordinated a field trip to the Temecula College & Vocational Fair to support students in engaging with colleges and universities, as well as vocational programs.
As we wrap up the midterm grading period, teachers are currently finalizing grades and assessments. This important checkpoint in the trimester provides both students and families with a clear picture of academic progress and areas for continued growth.
We want to remind all families that classroom teachers remain your best resource for questions or clarification regarding coursework, assignments, and grades. Teachers have the most comprehensive understanding of their curriculum, assessment methods, and individual student progress. We encourage families to reach out directly to teachers with any concerns or questions about academic performance.
Looking ahead, we're excited to build on the momentum from these college events and continue supporting our students as they work toward their academic and career goals. Keep an eye out in upcoming newsletters for additional information on upcoming Kickoff to College & Career Readiness events!
As always, if there is anything you need, please feel free to reach out by telephone at (760) 723-6300 x3102, x3110, or x3103, or by email through our website. As a reminder, our office hours are 7:30am-4pm; outside of these times families are welcome to leave a message for a return call on the next school day.
Let's make this a great week, Warriors!

Homecoming Week is on the Horizon!
Students, Homecoming will be here before you know it! If you're planning to attend, please make sure that you've cleared any fees and fines on your account, and that you are in good standing regarding any unserved discipline, tardies, uncleared absences, etc.
If you plan to bring a non-FHS guest to Homecoming, guest bids are available in the AP Office. Please pick them up outside of class time (before/after school, nutrition, or lunch), and be sure to bring them back with the required signatures from your guest's school administration. If you have been invited to attend a dance at another school, you'll need to bring that school's guest bid to the AP Office and allow 48 hours for a completed signature. Students wishing to attend another school's dance must be in good standing in terms of attendance, academics, and behavior.
