Message from Principal Haroldson
Dear SHS Families,
As we prepare to head into Spring Break, I wanted to take a moment to celebrate the incredible energy in our school right now. We have a number of our students going to state. Please join me in celebrating the girls hockey team and 13 of our mock trial students advancing to state competitions in Madison. DECA also went to state recently, and Ireland Brennan and Vivian Reed's presentation qualified to advance to Nationals.
In addition, we are very proud of some individuals who qualified for state. Beckett Selden recently participated in the state wrestling meet. Avery Waletzko will compete in the state gymnastics meet this upcoming Saturday.
As we look toward the final stretch of the school year, communication between home and school remains a top priority. Please mark your calendars for our upcoming Parent-Teacher Conferences:
Monday, March 30 (3:30-7:30 PM)
Thursday, April 2 (3:30-7:30 PM)
These meetings are a vital opportunity to discuss your student's progress and ensure they have the support they need to finish the semester strong.
Whether you are traveling, staying local, or heading to a state tournament to cheer on our athletes and scholars, I wish every one of you a safe, healthy, and restorative Spring Break. Take this time to disconnect, spend time with loved ones, and recharge those batteries. We want everyone returning to school refreshed and ready for the home stretch!
Sincerely,
Mr. Haroldson
SHS Principal

Superior's Partnership with Cartwheel
We are proud to partner with Cartwheel to provide access to mental health support for the students and families in our community via virtual therapy and family guidance with licensed clinicians.
If your child is struggling with anxiety, having a hard time staying focused, or could benefit from extra support, Cartwheel is here to help. Many families reach out to ask questions or get advice before a challenge becomes bigger.
How Cartwheel can help:
✓ No waitlists – Students, families, and staff can be seen within days, not months
✓ Flexible scheduling – Virtual appointments available 8am-8pm Mon-Fri and some weekend hours
✓ Multiple languages – Care available in English, Spanish, and other languages
✓ No financial barriers – Free for families with Medicaid; in-network with many insurance plans
How to access support:
For Families: Parents and caregivers seeking support for their child can complete this simple interest form.
For Referring Staff: School counselors and social workers can refer students and families who could benefit from therapy, parent guidance, or psychiatric care.
