Join us for a DeSales Family Mass at St. John the Baptist in Lockport on Saturday, March 1st at 5:30pm. This event is put on by DeSales Spiritual Life Committee. All students should wear their DeSales uniforms. Immediately following Mass we will have pizza in the church hall.

**Cantors for Christ who will be singing at Mass should report to church at 5:00pm.**

We are pleased to partner with Fowler’s Chocolates for our spring Easter Candy Sale. Fowler’s has added some new delicious chocolate goodies, candy treats and adorable stuffed animals all perfect for filling up an Easter basket. A flyer about the candy sale was sent home with students yesterday. You can also follow this link for a copy of the candy sale flyer or follow the directions below to set up your candy sale account.

In Mrs. Palumbo’s 7th-grade science class, students recently conducted an exciting hands-on experiment to explore the fascinating world of acids, bases, and the pH scale. The experiment involved testing different solutions using indicators, which are substances that change color in response to the acidity or alkalinity of a solution. This experiment allowed the students to not only identify whether a solution was an acid or a base but also measure its pH to determine the strength of the acid or base.

Invitations were mailed to grandparents and special senior friends yesterday. This celebration is a morning our students look forward to, please kindly ask your child's guests to 'save the date.'

Each student will have the opportunity to invite their grandparents or a special senior friend to share a Mass with them.Please complete the form below by Monday, March 3rd with the names and addresses of each Grandparent or a Special Senior Friends you would like your child to invite.

Students will create and mail a special invitation to each name provided on the form linked above. We encourage each student to invite at least one guest. Thank you for your help in submitting these addresses to us annually, so we can ensure that invitations are going to the correct family members.

Re-registration for current DeSales families is open for the 2025-2026 schoolyear. For the convenience of our families, we will be using a one-step Registration Confirmation again this year. Please follow this email to confirm your child's registration for Fall 2025. This re-registration is how you will secure your students spot for the 2025-2026 school-year.

Yearbooks are on sale now for $18 each!

If you would like your student to have a yearbook, please pre-order. We only get a handful of extras at delivery and will not be able to guarantee you'd get one without pre-ordering.

All prospective students and their families are invited to the Spring Open House for private, self-guided tours of our campus. Reservations are available between 10:30 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. The event features a campus tour, an explanation of the academic programs and student opportunities, and time to meet teachers, students, coaches, and our admissions team.

EXPERIENCE ST. JOE'S MORNING PROGRAM for parents of prospective students in grades 6, 7, & 8

Each session will include remarks from our President, Christopher Fulco, Ed.D., and Principal, Mr. James Spillman '95, a tour of campus including opportunities to experience classes in session and an opportunity to interact with current students. The final session is scheduled for Wednesday, 3/12 from 9 - 10:30 a.m.
