Halloween Parade & School Party Information
Ivy Hill Halloween Party & Parade
The annual Ivy Hill Halloween Party and Parade will take place on the afternoon of Friday, October 30th. Please let us know your plans for your child by completing the form below. A separate form must be submitted for each child. This information will help us ensure a safe and enjoyable afternoon for everyone.
One option is to have your child go home for lunch and change into their costume. Students will be dismissed at 11:50 AM as follows:
- Last names A–M: Dismissal through the FRONT doors
- Last names N–Z: Dismissal through the BACK doors (bus doors)
Due to the anticipated large number of students going home for lunch, parents will not need to sign their children in or out at the office as is required on other school days.
If your child is going home for lunch, please note that students should return to school between 1:10–1:30 PM. All returning students should enter through the main entrance.
Please submit this form by Friday, October 23rd. Complete one form for each child.
Thank you for helping us make Halloween a safe and fun celebration for our Ivy Hill students!

A friendly reminder to help ensure a smooth and safe drop-off process for all of our students each morning!
Late Drop-Off (After 9:05 AM): If you arrive around 9:05 AM and the school doors are already closed, please park your car, walk your child into the main office, and sign them in using the Google Form.
Reporting an Absence or Late Arrival: If your child will be arriving late or absent, please notify the office in advance using any of our attendance reporting methods. The easiest way is to call the school office, dial 1, and leave a voicemail message with your child's details.
Dismissal Time & Pick-Up Reminder
A friendly reminder that our school dismissal time is 3:35 PM. Please plan to arrive on time for your child’s pick-up and follow all school pick-up procedures and safety guidelines.
Walker Parents: If your child is a walker, please be sure to arrive at the designated walker pick-up area at dismissal time and follow the staff’s directions to help ensure a safe and smooth dismissal for all students.
