Everyone that receives a paycheck from Aldine has a login and an email. Please do not compromise your personal information by giving another person your username and password or logging in for someone else.

Default login for staff members:

first initial middle initial last name (ex: kdsmith)

first initial last initial eight digit birthday # (ex: ks01021999#)

They can use their login to get into the computer, Promethean board, Chromebook, etc.

If you know a sub who needs help getting logged in, contact a DLS to provide them assistance!

Don't forget to electronically sign your AUP, employee handbook, and ethics statements in ePortal. They will be in red on the upper left hand side. Each of these will need to be electronically signed. So check the box and submit your signatures! After you've signed each one, they will remove themselves!

Make sure you are documenting all contacts home in eSchool with the contact log. Try and get in all contacts as soon as it happens to help administration track student behavior and contacts home. Refer to the images below to navigate to the contact log. Make sure you use appropriate wording in your documentation!

Make sure you are documenting your accommodations and modifications for each special education student in eSchool. IEP accommodations can be documented in the student drawer. Click on the student's name in eSchool to open the student drawer.

District policy states that the score comments must be entered for reteach/retest

items and any additional Special Education modifications made on the assignment for

the student. This is done on the assignment, not in the drawer. You do not have to enter the IEP info that you've already entered into the student drawer for each assignment, only additional items that you did to help the student!
