Principal's Greeting
Dear Churchill Families,
Thank you to everyone who joined us for Open House on Thursday evening! With over 500 attendees, it was a fantastic turnout, and your presence helped make it a great success. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to partner with you in your child’s educational journey.
Starting Monday, September 15th, we will be celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month. Each day, we’ll share a short announcement highlighting the contributions and achievements of Hispanic Americans, recognizing the rich culture and history they bring to our community.
Please take a moment to read the important information below, and as always, feel free to reach out with any questions.
Wishing you an amazing week ahead!
Warmly,
Mrs. Peacock

PBIS Goal for September: 90% Attendance!
Our PBIS goal for the month of September is for 90% of all students to attend school regularly. If we meet this goal, all students will earn a fun reward; music during lunch!
Let’s work together to make it happen! Please review the lesson below to help reinforce the importance of attendance and encourage students to be here every day.

Walter Pay-Tater
As part of a letter-writing activity, Ms. Henson’s 5th grade class sent letters to the Chicago Bears along with a very special gift: a positive potato!
Meet Water Pay-tater, a potato named in honor of the legendary Bears running back Walter Payton, who was known for his positivity, encouragement, and lasting influence both on and off the field.
We hope Water Pay-tater brings the Bears a little extra motivation to BEAR DOWN and bring home a win today!
