WHAT: Join us for a PTA general meeting to elect 2026-2027 officers, learn about upcoming spring events, and find out how you can get involved. Open House begins after the meeting at 6:00 p.m. so come to the meeting for good parking and good-doing.

Only PTA members are eligible to vote in elections.

WHAT: Afterschool chess programs are designed to provide students with a comprehensive education for students of the beginner level. This class will consist of 35 minutes of instruction followed by 25 minutes of supervised play. Students will practice active application of fundamental chess strategies and tactics.

DATES: Wednesdays, from April 1st - May 13th.

TIME: 3:00-4:15 p.m.

COST: $161per student

Discounts are available for parent volunteers.

We will need at least 2 parent volunteers to help from 2:50 - 4:30 on Wednesdays from April 1st - May 13th (7 classes). Parent volunteers will help get registered students to the program from their classrooms, help supervise during the class, and assist with dismissal. All volunteers must have a current, completed background check in Voly. Please email programs@boggesspta.org if you would like to volunteer.
