Arrival and dismissal time has significantly improved due to our CHS families coming together and adhering to a faster and safer system.
Please note the following:
DO NOT park in the bus parking spots and enter the bus loop earlier than 3:10 p.m. and all busses have departed.You can arrive right at 3:10 p.m. and drive right into an empty bus loop and pick up your child quickly. Our school busses are normally out of the bus loop by 3:10 p.m. at the latest.
Please pull in emergency parking spots 18, 19, or 20 in the bus loop in the event that you have an emergency and need to pick up your child after 2:00 p.m. This ensures you are not caught in the dismissal traffic line that begins forming well prior to dismissal time.
PLEASE UTILIZE THE ENTIRE DROP -OFF and PICK- UP AREA. Students may be picked up and dropped off anywhere along the sidewalk.
Lastly, please DO NOT have your child walk around or through our dismissal traffic line to meet you at a nearby parking lot. There are distracted drivers at dismissal that do not see your child as they walk near their vehicle.
