Principal's Corner
Dear BFPP Families,
Happy Spring! As the season changes and the days become sunnier and warmer, we hope you’re finding ways to incorporate the excitement and energy of spring into your home learning activities. This time of year is perfect for exploring nature, creating spring inspired art, or starting a garden project that can serve both educational and fun purposes.
The sunshine not only brings more light into our days but also offers a wonderful opportunity to refresh our learning environments. Whether it's rearranging your study space to catch the morning light or taking your reading outdoors, let spring inspire your educational journey.
Head out as a family and explore local parks, go to the waterfront and watch the kites, hit up the Saturday market, visit community gardens, or simply taking your lessons outside. Remember, learning happens everywhere, and spring is a fantastic teacher. Here's to enjoying the season and making the most of each sunny day!
Warmly,
Dr. K

It’s National Volunteer week April 21-27!
So many folks pitch in to make BFPP the special place it is. We are so thankful for you and all you do!
Flower Arranging for Parents
Earth Day, April 22nd at 11 am in the basement Multipurpose Room
Join Laura (Owner, Gardener and Florist of Humble Bouquet and BFPP Mom) to create with beautiful, seasonal flowers. You will learn design basics and practical mechanics for making your very own seasonal garden arrangements in a small group setting. You will create your own floral arrangement out of a variety of locally-grown flowers and foliage (From Laura's Garden), which you can take home afterward. Bring some clippings from your garden to share if you have them and a vase. Some vases and snips will be available as well.
