Dear MMS Families,

I hope this message finds you well after a pleasant weekend. I am writing to share some important information regarding upcoming assessments and school policies.

Please be advised that our first STAAR testing date is scheduled for April 8, 2025. In preparation for this important assessment, we kindly request that you discuss your child's level-up scores in Mathematics and English Language Arts with them.

These assessment metrics provide critical insights regarding your child's academic trajectory and identify specific areas where additional support may be beneficial prior to the upcoming STAAR examinations. Your engagement in these conversations is invaluable as we work together to ensure each student achieves their appropriate yearly academic growth targets.

Additionally, I would like to respectfully remind all families about our electronic device policy. To maintain an optimal learning environment, electronic devices are not permitted on school premises. Please note that if a device is confiscated a second time, a $15 administrative fee will be applied.
