Students in good standing at other schools are welcome to attend with a MHS student. Middle school students or persons over the age of 20 are not allowed.

To bring a guest from another school you must:

1. Take this form and give it to your guest.

2. Your guest must take the form to an administrator at his/her school to verify, by signature, that your guest is a student in good standing.

3. If your guest is out of school, attending college, or working, please fill out the top portion of this form (excluding your guest’s school information), and also fill out the bottom portion of this form.

4. Return completed and signed form to the Admin office to an administrator (assistant principal or principal).

5. Make sure your guest brings their school I.D. with them to the dance. We will verify guest passes as you enter the dance.

6. Students and guests must abide by all Monarch High School and Boulder Valley School District rules, policies and practices. Rules are available in your MHS Student Handbook.

7. You and your guest must enter the dance together.

Senior posters due April 9-17

It has been a long-standing tradition at Monarch HS for senior families to create a photo poster to celebrate their graduating senior. Typically these posters have been displayed only at After Prom, but this year they will be on display at Monarch HS for the week leading up to Prom/After Prom. Please look here for senior poster guidelines and examples. Posters must be dropped off at the Monarch front office between April 9-17, will be displayed April 20-24 and they should be collected April 27-30—many families re-use these posters for graduation parties.
