Hello from the Art Room! This year Mrs. Meile will continue to utilize Artsonia as the fundraiser for the art room at Sunnyside. All funds raised will go directly back to the art room to help purchase fun and exciting art supplies for students to create with!

Student artwork was uploaded last week and will continue to be uploaded as the school year progresses!

Walking on Sunshine

The final days are here as we count down to our school wide fundraising celebration Walking on Sunshine: Color Run! We are still collecting donations to reach our goal and look forward to coming together as a community to celebrate Thursday evening!

In addition to TONS of great individual prizes earned for reaching fundraising achievements, if we reach our schoolwide goal of 24,000, ALL our students will get to enjoy time at the Sunnyside GLOW AND BOWL as a class!

Parents As Teachers

Olathe Parents as Teachers is a free early childhood program dedicated to supporting families with children from prenatal stages through age 3. Through home visits each month, developmental screenings, parent and child social activities, and family resources, Parents as Teachers helps parents support their child’s learning, growth, and development during these important early years. Whether you're a first-time parent or have experience raising children, the program offers valuable information, encouragement, and resources tailored to your family's needs. Families in need of assistance with free and reduced lunch can apply on SchoolCafe. Families must apply each year for free or reduced food service and student registration fees.
