The Eaglet Flyer

This week the Eaglets have enjoyed exploring the great outdoors here at MVCS! We have been learning about decomposers and went on a scavenger hunt to find some! We have continued our unit with Fairy Tales by exploring the different perspectives of characters in some of our favorite Fairy Tales as well as through making our own nature-based Fairy Tale potions. For math, kids have been working on place value as well as static and dynamic addition. We completed Montessori's Third Great Lesson- The Coming of Humans! We learned about how human hands, hearts and minds set us apart from the rest of the creatures in our world.

The Stamp Game is a Montessori material that students can use to solve equations for all 4 mathematical operations.
