Winter has officially arrived, and it certainly made an entrance! ❄️ Our recent snow days gave students and staff a chance to enjoy some unexpected time at home—whether that meant sledding, building snowmen, or cozying up with a good book. We hope everyone stayed safe and warm, and we’re so glad to be back together on campus, re-establishing routines and jumping right back into learning.

As we move through the winter months, we have lots to look forward to! Classrooms are buzzing with engaging lessons, and several fun winter activities are coming up, including special theme days, classroom celebrations, and opportunities for students to showcase their learning. Thank you for your continued support and partnership—we’re excited to make this a wonderful winter season filled with growth, joy, and connection for our students. Stay warm! ☃️

1st Annual Talent Show

You may have heard the buzz about the 1st Annual Nash Elementary Talent Show, and it truly lived up to the excitement! Our Nash students took the stage at the Dr. Lori Blaylock Fine Arts Center at Kaufman High School and absolutely amazed the audience with their confidence and creativity.

From singing, drumming, piano playing, and dancing to telling jokes—and even reciting math facts—our students showcased a wide range of talents that had the crowd smiling and cheering throughout the evening. We are so proud of our performers for their courage and hard work, and grateful to our families and staff who helped make this special event such a huge success! 🌟

And a GIANT thanks to the Nash PTO, Kaufman High School theater department, and the Kaufman High School culinary program for all of their contributions!
