Students in Kindergarten through Grade 11 will be taking the Exact Path Diagnostic beginning next week.

The Exact Path Diagnostic is a computer adaptive assessment in math, reading and language arts. Students take the diagnostic three times each school year: August, December, and May. Through the Exact Path Diagnostic, we are able to measure students’ skill readiness and growth. For more information about the Exact Path Diagnostic, please read the Exact Path Parent Message.

We love celebrations and we love celebrating our students! We ask that you give your child's homeroom teacher 24-hour notice before sending any treats or celebratory items. You may contact homeroom teachers via email or ClassDojo. If you are sending treats with your child, they will be held at the office unless prior arrangements with the homeroom teacher have been made. In order to limit interruption of academic instruction, treats will be handed out 30 minutes prior to dismissal, unless arrangements with the homeroom teacher have been made. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your cooperation!

If you are dropping off your student after 8:00 AM you must drop them off at the front office. Please walk your child to the front office and sign them in. DO NOT let your child sign in by themselves. EVERY student that is tardy needs a parent signature.

After 8:15 students are considered absent.

Phone calls home will be begin at 9:30am

It has been brought to admin's attention that children are leaving 15 minutes before dismissal. We ask that children are NOT to be checked out 30 minutes before dismissal.

During dismissal the front office will be closed from 2:30pm to 2:45pm.

Please pick up your children in one of two designated pick up point.

1.) North entrance at Cafeteria door

2.) Drive Up Pick-Up, enter through Sunland Ave.

Morning Drop-Off

• Drop off will begin at 7:45 am. Only staff will enter campus prior to 7:45 am.

• The designated entry point is the cafeteria at South Primary Campus.

• Enter from Sunland Ave. going north or south from Montezuma. Proceed through the turn going east, then proceed to drop students off at the cafeteria door, and exit making a right (south) on Central. No left turns.

• Any student arriving after 8:00 must enter through the front office with a parent/guardian signing them in with our receptionist Ms. Mendoza

There will not be a crosswalk duty person. All parents MUST accompany their child to the door

When dropping off your child at the cafeteria in the morning, a teacher will be there to greet and welcome them. When picking up, please have your child’s name on card stock. WE will be sending home a piece with each student's name on it Monday. Please display it during pick up to make it easier for the staff. Please hold it up so it is clearly visible as you wait in the drive through. I would suggest just putting on your dashboard while you go through so that it can be seen by all. Please remain in your car the entire time in the drive line. Thank you so much for your help with this

Last School Year we had 95% of families complete the Free-Reduced Meal Application, Help Us Reach Our Goal to Have 100% Completed Applications!

In school year 2022-2023 the Universal Free Meal Program will no longer be offered by the USDA and students must pay for meals unless re-qualified for free or reduced pricing, through the online Meal Benefits Application.

Breakfast pricing is $2.15 – Lunch is $3.35. Reduced Pricing for Breakfast is $0.30 and for Lunch $0.40

Starting July 7.2022, Free-Reduced Meal Applications will be available in Infinite Campus’ Parent Portal (for School year 2022/2023). Applications for school year 2022/2023, cannot be submitted prior to July1, 2022. Online applications will be processed within 24 hours Monday-Friday.
