October 4 is Coach Appreciation Day! We will recognize our SCMS coaches with "Dress Like A Coach Day"!

The 8th graders will visit the FHSU campus on 10/11 or 10/25. This is a great opportunity for them to learn about post secondary options in Western Kansas. Please check with your 8th grader for which day they will be going.

The 4th graders will erupt their volcanoes at 2:45pm on Friday, October 20. This will take place on the SCMS practice football field.

3rd-4th Grade Parents-

Please look for communication from your child's teacher to schedule a time for your conference during the week of October 23.

StuCo will host the annual Halloween dance for grades 6-8 on October 26 in the SCMS Commons.

Time: 7:00-9:00pm. Doors lock at 7:30pm. No Readmittance.

Admission: $1

Prizes for best costumes!!

On October 31, grades 3-5 will celebrate fall and Halloweem here at school with Fall Fest stations. This will be done with their Beaver PRIDE groups and ran by StuCo in the afternoon. No costumes will be needed for this fun celebration.
