We are excited about the upcoming opportunity the total solar eclipse will provide our students and community to share in a unique educational experience.

Campus visitors: Our property will NOT and CANNOT be used for public viewing and parents/visitors will not be allowed on campus during the event.

Assistant Principal Week
Assistant Principals play a crucial role, and this week is a dedicated time to recognize them for their hard work and commitment to our schools, students, and profession. Please join us in celebrating these incredible school leaders! I truly believe that we have some of the best in the business at LT and I would like to encourage you to send them a note of thanks and acknowledgement of the difference they make every day.
STAAR EOC Information
Lebanon Trail High School will administer the Spring STAAR EOC exams in April. A passing score on all 5 STAAR EOC tests is a graduation requirement in the state of Texas.
The test dates are as follows:
- Tuesday, April 9th (A day) - English 1 and English 2 *
- Tuesday, April 23rd (B day) - Algebra 1
- Wednesday, April 24th (B day) - Biology and US History *
Please do not schedule any appointments on these days so that students are present to test, as needed.

Students will have until 4:25 pm to test, if needed, and will be released at the completion of their exam to follow their class schedule for the day. (Students with CTE classes who have missed the bus by the time they complete the test, will remain in the testing room until their next class unless they have their own transportation.)

2024 FISD Student and Parent Survey
Frisco ISD will survey 4th-12th grade students, parents and staff between March 25 - April 7. The district wants honest opinions, attitudes and perceptions about Frisco ISD and the campus to inform future improvement plans.
Lost & Found
Last call for lost & found. Students, please visit the lost and found items in the AP Office! Anything NOT claimed and left behind will be donated at the end of the day on April 5th!
TREaT is Back!
Join Frisco ISD Library Services for TREaT (Together Reading Eating and Talking)! This annual event aims to promote literacy while supporting local eateries and coffee shops.
Take a book (or get a book from the basket of books provided at each location) and grab a discounted bite to eat or drink while you enjoy reading and discussing your book with friends and family on Saturday, April 6, 2024.
Job & College Fair -April 11
Frisco ISD knows that students are exploring summer job opportunities and colleges this time of year, so the Career and Technical Education Center is holding a two-part event on Thursday, April 11 from 5 to 7 p.m.
Over 40 summer part-time employers will be present and actively interviewing, so students (aged 16-18) should come dressed professionally with a resume. Colleges and trade schools will be present and ready to guide students and their families!
1forAll Chromebooks
Our district 1forAll program offers students a seamless online testing experience. Students buy in for a one-time $20 fee and receive a district-supported Chromebook for the entirety of their high school career. High school students are strongly encouraged to participate in the 1forAll program in order to receive timely troubleshooting and repairs, consistency across all online testing experiences, and to keep costs at a minimum for families.
HOSA’s semi-annual blood drive will be happening Wednesday, April 10th,. Each donor will have the opportunity to donate one pint of blood which can save up to three lives, whether it be patients of nearby hospitals or victims of unfortunate disasters. Community members, teachers, and students are able to donate. Seniors who donate twice in their senior year (or have an adult donate for them) are eligible for a honor cord from Carter Blood care. Click here to Sign up.
Must be at least 16 years old to give blood. Students under the age of 17 require parental consent. 16-Year-old Donor Permission Form (English) (Spanish)
Save time by completing your health questionnaire (QuickScreen) before arriving to the blood drive. QuickScreen must be completed on the day of your donation.
Contact Amanda Mosier at mosiera@friscoisd.org for more info.
Are There Any Risks or Side effects?
Sometimes people who donate blood notice a few minor side effects including feeling faint, lightheaded, dizzy, etc. due to the blood and fluid taken. However, these symptoms usually resolve quickly as your body immediately begins working to replace the lost fluid and red blood cells. There are steps you can take to improve your donation experience.
Before donation:
Have a good night’s sleep the night before
Eat healthy foods (avoid fatty foods like hamburgers, fries, ice cream)
Drink EXTRA fluids in the days and morning leading up to your donation (drink an extra 16oz of water just before your appointment).
After donating it is important to:
Sit and rest for a few minutes
Drink lots of fluids
Avoid strenuous physical activity such as hard workouts, heavy lifting, or athletics/games for the rest of the day
Consume iron-rich foods (red meat, fish, poultry, beans, spinach, iron-fortified cereals, raisins, and more) to help your body replace the lost blood.

Each teacher selected one student in their class/program that they feel exemplifies one of these character strengths. If your student’s name is on the list below, they will receive a certificate that includes a short statement on why their teacher nominated them. Congratulations to all the students who received recognition for Self-Control and Emotional Intelligence!
