As you prepare to turn off your brain for a couple of weeks don't forget about your devices!

• Power off Staff and Student Computers

• Power off Projectors

• Power off Printers

• Power off Document Cameras

• Power off NUC (tiny computer behind Promethean board) just like you would shut down your computer

• Power off Promethean Boards (front button)

• Lock/Stow-away Projector Remote, Promethean Board Remote, Chromebooks, Laptops and any other technology items that might sprout legs and walk off.

We are pleased to announce the 2020 Aldine ISD Film and Photography Festival May 1, 2020 at the M.O. Campbell Center. This year we have consolidated some categories, updated the judging rubrics and the entry rules. Sponsors and students should review all paperwork carefully to ensure that they are in compliance.

This year there is a copyright course that we request participants to complete through YouTube Creator Academy. The links are provided on the rules page.

The district is working to format (re-image) every computer in the district. They are working on this NOW and we recommend that you ensure you have your computer backed up to the U: Drive or your Google Drive. Don’t delay, you could lose all your data if it isn't backed up!

You might have noticed a big change in the gradebook! Withdrawn students will now always display in gradebook so that any missing grades can be entered if there is a future schedule change or withdrawal. Missing grades will average as 0 and will, therefore, affect the student average that is transferred to the new class or new school.
