The Board and administration recognized and celebrated the employees who are retiring from District 25. School Principals and Administrators shared a few words about each individual as they were recognized and thanked for their service to the Arlington Heights community.

That the Board of Education approve the NSSEO Budget Resolution for the 2023-24 Budget.

That the Board of Education approve the Consolidated District Plan for Fiscal Year 2023-24 as presented.

12. FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

MOTION: APPROVED
Phase 1 Construction Bid Awards
That the Board of Education award a total of 20 contracts to various contractors for Base Bid #1 and Base Bid #2 in the total amount of $42,431,749, accepting and rejecting the alternates identified in the executive summary background information provided, and further to immediately assign the awarded contractor agreements to Nicholas & Associates, Inc., as Construction Manager.
This approval covers the first portion of the Build25 projects at the schools Dryden, Olive, Patton, and Westgate. These awards cover the scope related to the Kindergarten additions as well as capital improvements for repairs and updates to the existing school buildings.
