Dear Bellerive Families, This week, thanks to the generous support of our PTO, students enjoyed high-energy assemblies with Joe Fingerhut, the “How Can I?” Mindset Specialist. Joe encouraged students to replace “I can’t” with “How can I?” when they face a challenge. We know how quickly children can become discouraged when something feels difficult. I hope you will ask your child about the assembly and help us reinforce this simple but powerful question at home! In Partnership, Dr. Joey Kneer
Bellerive is excited to launch this year’s before-school clubs! Paper enrollment forms were sent home on Monday, September 14. Click here to view this year’s club options, meeting days, and grade levels.
All students who register will be able to participate in at least one club, so please rank your child’s choices in order of preference. The online enrollment form opened on Tuesday, September 15. Please complete the online form or return the paper form by Monday, September 28. Families will receive a confirmation before clubs begin.
Clubs will begin the week of October 19 and end the week of February 22. Clubs start at 8:00 am, and students may not be dropped off before 7:55 am. Transportation is not provided. There will be no clubs during the week of Parent-Teacher Conferences, November 16-20.
