Brown School Buzz
December 5, 2023

Dear Families,
Students are starting to look forward to the end of the school year and the start of summer. Students have been sharing their plans for summer camps, vacations, camping and just having fun in their neighborhoods. This time of year brings a noticeable difference in our school culture as well with events, field trips and special learning experiences on the docket for the next 4 weeks. This can make focusing on school a bit more difficult, which means it's time to remind us all that while we look forward to summer, we still have a ways to go.
Summer is exciting for all of us, but we're not there quite yet, so we appreciate everything and anything you can do to help make this time the best possible experience for your child. Thank you for your efforts to maintain your child's regular routine whenever possible, arriving to school on time, and being sure we are aware of any changes in dismissal plans. These simple things can make your children's May-June school experience a bit easier to manage and their days more successful.
Here are some helpful links I share each year as we all work together to help keep kids focused on school while looking forward to summer.
