Donation Requests
Help us Stock our Treat Trolley
Our staff works incredibly hard each day, and one small way you can show your appreciation is by helping us keep our Teacher Treat Trolley stocked with goodies!
We've put together a list of suggested items to provide inspiration and give families an idea of the types of snacks and treats our staff enjoys. If you'd rather shop on your own and pick up something similar at the store, that's wonderful too!
Every donation is appreciated and helps us surprise and encourage our amazing teachers throughout the year. Thank you for supporting the Stone Creek staff and helping us spread a little joy—one treat at a time!
Help Keep the Coffee Flowing
At Stone Creek, one thing is certain. Our staff loves coffee! You can help fuel our teachers and staff by donating K-Cups for our staff coffee station.
A fresh cup of coffee brings joy to the day and gives our educators an extra boost as they prepare the magic that awaits our students each morning. If you'd like to support our team, consider donating your favorite coffee pods or you can utilize the Amazon Wishlist linked below.
Send us Summer Photos!
Let's kick off the new school year by filling our hallway TVs with smiling faces from summer adventures!
At Stone Creek Elementary, building strong connections between home and school is one of our highest priorities. Seeing familiar faces and favorite memories on display helps students feel welcomed, valued, and excited from the moment they walk through our doors.
We invite families to email photos of Stone Creek students enjoying a fun summer activity—whether they're reading, traveling, playing sports, camping, creating art, or spending time with family and friends.
📧 Please send your photos to: jennifersonnhalter@wsdr4.org
Please note: To ensure photos are appropriate for display at school, we ask that students not be wearing bathing suits in submitted pictures.
We can't wait to celebrate our Dragons and their summer memories!
2026-2027 Parent Pick up Tag Registration
If you plan to pick up your student from the parent pick-up line at any time during the school year, please complete the registration form to receive a parent pick-up tag. Even if your child is primarily a bus rider but will occasionally be picked up, a tag is still required. This process helps us maintain a safe, smooth, and efficient parent pick-up procedure for all students and families.

Hall of Frames
Is Your Family Photo In the Hallway Gallery of SCE Families Yet?
Over the summer, we add to our collage of framed photographs in our hallway. It looks amazing and our SCE Family will love being able to look up at these as they walk through the hallway. If you did not hand yours in you may still do so, but know they will not be hung up immediately. This takes a team of teachers and other volunteers to do this. If you hand a frame in now, it will go up but be patient. Any frames handed in prior to July 11 will be included in the frames we target to hang up for August. Frames received after July 11 will be stored and hung up at a later date. Each family may contribute only one 5x7 frame.
What type of frames are we looking for?
Must be 5x7
Photo can be vertical or horizontal
Black Frame
Frames will be screwed into wall. Please see the frame type we are looking for below. These frames hold up to being screwed into the wall. Not having the right frame may delay frame being hung.
