Parent-Teacher Conferences - Feb. 9 & Feb. 12
We are looking forward to Parent Teacher Conferences on Monday, February 9th and Thursday, February 12th. Parent-teacher conferences offer great opportunities to deepen your working relationship with your childโs teacher. Parent/school partnership is important in the success of all of our students. Links to schedule your conference is in the button below.
Another way to be informed on your childโs progress is through Powerschool. If you do not have an online parent access account set up, please contact our office at (701) 323-4250. This resource allows you to check your childโs progress at any time of the year.
Student Update - During Parent Teacher Conferences
As we prepare for the transition from PowerSchool to Infinite Campus, we are asking families to complete a Spring Student Update. Collecting updated information now will help ensure a smooth and accurate rollout of the new system and allow us to start next school year with the most current information possible.
During Parent/Teacher Conferences:
- As families enter the cafeteria, we will have a table set up to make completing the Spring Student Update quick and convenient. Ms. Tracy and Ms. Nancy will be there to greet you and will have the form ready for you to fill out on the spot. We encourage all families to stop by, as it will only take a few moments to complete. Taking this time helps ensure we have accurate and up-to-date information for every family, which is essential for a smooth transition to Infinite Campus and a strong start to the next school year.
Completing this update helps us verify contact information, emergency contacts and other important student details that support student safety, communication, and planning for next year.
Thank you for your partnership and support as we take this important step toward Infinite Campus!
Attendance Report Cards
Your child's monthly attendance report card is now available for you to view.
Instructions for viewing progress reports in PowerSchool can be found HERE.
Weโre committed to working together with families to ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed. If you have questions or need support, please contact the Silver Ranch Elementary School office.

Notes from our Nurse
Elementary students are not allowed to self-administer medications. The only exceptions to this policy at the Elementary School Level are the following "Emergency Medications":
EpiPens
Inhalers
Insulin

Help Boost Kids' Safety, Privacy, and Security
When kids start to go online, whether they're playing multiplayer games, using educational apps, or just following their curiosity on Google, it's important that they understand the basics of online privacy and safety. With some general guidelines around what information is and isn't OK to share, and some help from parents when they're unsure, kids can have fun and learn a lot in the digital world.
In 3rd, 4th and 5th Grade we have spent time this month, during Library Media, learning about strong passwords and why they are important. All students then got the opportunity to change their passwords. We do this once a year in grades 2-5.
