Facebook Socials

Be sure and toggle off auto invites when you set up the Facebook group. There will be 3 places you'll need to do this as you're setting up the group. Otherwise FB may start auto inviting all of your friends to the group.

1. On the top right hand side of your Facebook page you will see an icon with 9 dots that make a square.

2. Click that and then under “create” click “group”.

3. Type in the name of your group, for example “Hannah’s 15 Minute Arbonne Social” choose "private" for privacy option, then click Create Group.

4. Fill out the description of the group on the right hand side of the group with sample verbiage like this: “An online social hosted by [HOST] We will talk about Arbonne as a company and the products we carry! Super quick, super fun and giveaways too!! Shop: www.yourwebsite.arbonne.com”

5. Create a free account at www.canva.com

6. Create a Facebook Header Graphic, here is a link to templates on Canva.

7. Print the “Party Tracker”

1) Past consultants -"You have a ton of friends who love and use Arbonne and or who used to love Arbonne. I would LOVE for you to host an in person party, but I don’t know if that’s possible with the new baby or you could host a Facebook Social🤩 Would one of those work for you! You can also keep the commissions my friend😍 and it would help me out too👏👏

2) People who are friends of yours- Hey friend! Totally ok if you aren’t into this, but I’m in a contest to book 15 minute Arbonne Facebook Socials, and I need one more. If you would be open to hosting one for me I will give you $100 in products. (These can be freebies and products that you've gotten when Arbonne has sales) All you have to do is invite people, share a little about what you love about Arbonne. And I do the rest💕💕 they’re just 15 mins long and I do fun giveaways 🙌🏼👏🏼

1. Invite your host to the Facebook Group and let them know that it is ready for inviting.

2. Encourage your host to fill the group with 20+ people and get their guests exciting by sharing that there will be a giveaway they can win. Example verbiage you can give your host to send: “Hi!! I am hosting a super quick, easy and fun Arbonne social! It’s only 15 minutes long and right on Facebook. There will also be a giveaway for my guests, I am so excited!! I sent you an invite so I hope you accept and that I will see you there! :-)”

3. As guests join, friend request each one and send them a message how excited you are for the social.

4. The most important step to a successful party: Interact with each guest’s Facebook posts and Facebook stories right away to begin building a relationship with each guest. Get to know them before the party even starts!

   **The goal is to get an active messenger with each guest BEFORE the party starts. You do not want to do the social and then go to message guests after and they don’t even see your message because you aren’t friends on facebook and your messages go to their filtered inbox lost forever. Dramatic but true. Work smarter, not harder**

Here are example posts for you to use. WordSwag and Canva are two great apps that you can use to create graphics with words.

It is so important to activate a messenger thread with guests prior to the Live Video so that when you reach out after the live video, your message is received and not sent to guest’s filtered inbox. There are a few ways to do this, examples below.

If you have 6+ days before your party, you can send a fizz sample to each guest. They will need to message you their mailing address, therefore activating a messenger thread. Poll example: “Hello Hello to those who have joined [HOST]'s Arbonne Social! Since we have some time before it begins I would love to send you guys a sample of our #1 product: Energy Fizz Sticks! What flavor do you want to try?!”

If you do not have time to send a fizz stick sample before your virtual social begins, here is another post that you can do to activate your messenger with each guest. “For your first prize entry, send me a message to my inbox that simply says “hi!” and boom, you are in it to WIN it!”

Make a post that asks people to share a picture of them and their fizz when they sample it to earn more entries into the giveaway! This gets your group interacting and having FUN!

“SO MANY FIZZ IN THE MAIL! Be on the lookout over the next few days for your fizz to arrive in the mail. Earn an entry into the party giveaway by posting a picture in this group of you trying your fizz 🥰“

Ask your host to make a post about what they love about Arbonne. If they have not yet tried Arbonne, have them share what they are excited about hearing about. This will connect you to their guests and validate you as a consultant.

Example: ‘“I am so excited for you all to hear from [YOUR NAME]! She/He introduced me to Energy Fizz Sticks and I seriously have fallen in love. I still can't believe I have given up coffee. I add the packet to 20 oz of water and a ton of ice, my fav flavor is strawberry and it contains antioxidants, vitamins and 55 mg of caffeine!“

Let the guests vote for what they want to win! You, as the consultant, provides the giveaway for your social. It doesn’t need to be a full sized product, it can be a few samples, whatever you want to give is great!

You can use a photo of the host, a photo of you and the host if you have one OR just the text feature on Facebook. Ask the group how they know the host. Each time someone comments, reply back to that comment to create engagement! Have fun with this.

The day before or the morning of your social, post a poll asking:

“Take this poll for an entry into the giveaway. If I could grant a wish for your health or skin, what would it be? Feel free to pick as many as you want or add 1 if you don't see yours here.” Then include options like: manage weight, diminish fine lines/wrinkles, increase energy, reduce stress, improve gut health.

1. The morning of the Live Video, Hi everyone! I can't wait to share my transformation story with you tonight! See you at 7:30!

2. 30 minutes before the party: “Hi everyone! I'll be going live in 30 minutes, at 8:30pm EST right here in our Facebook party group for 15 minutes! I hope you can pop on! Those who watch live will earn 5 entries into the giveaway!"

3. 10 Minute reminder: “10 Minute Reminder!”

Choose 2-3 day of reminders, can be any times, you choose!

This is what the party revolves around. A live video sharing Arbonne for 15 minutes. Your up-line will do the Live Videos for your first few socials and then you can take it from there!

You do NOT need to be perfect, nobody wants perfect. We are human, we fumble on words, don’t take it too seriously and have FUN. Joke around, be yourself!

Be sure to talk about a variety of Arbonne's best loved products. As you'll see in the suggested outline, you'll also be mentioning just a few suggested package bundles that are a really great value for preferred clients and great options for coming into a relationship with Arbonne. Remember to talk about what you love the most and keep it really simple with a couple of bullet point notes on each thing. Below is just an example. There may be monthly specials, incentives, sales etc that you will want to highlight.

After you end your live, thank everyone for joining and post images of the product sets you discussed. Include Recommended Cart links for each set in your post.

This is a post to gage where everyone is at. You get to see who still wants to order, potential host leads and those interested in the business! Caption: “What number are you?”

With every order placed, thank that person for their order. You can use the text feature on Facebook or use Canva to showcase what that person ordered! This is called social proof. Others will see people ordering and want to join in on the fun too!

We can not post in a party and expect sales to flow in. We MUST get into conversation with our guests, learn about them, follow up with them and find out how we can best serve them. Be their personal shopper, ask them what they thought about your live video, interact with their Facebook posts and stories each day. Each guest will be added to a forever growing list of prospects for your business. If you do a party and get zero sales, it’s STILL a win because now you have 10+ new names to add to your prospect list that you would have never otherwise have met. If you did your work to create that active messenger thread, that will stay alive and you will continue to learn about them, serve them and follow up with them.

I have had MANY new team members come from parties with no sales. If I had been frustrated and thrown in the towel on those parties I would have never found those amazing new team members. The fortune is in the follow up, not just during the party time frame, forever follow up!

If the guests did not participate or appear active in the live, direct message guest (include 3-way with host or launching IC): "Hi GUEST NAME! Thank you for being part of HOST'S virtual Arbonne party! The live part of the party was tonight. If you missed it, you can find it at: (include party link)."

Then follow up the next day with the next reach out.

Reach out either in your 3-way message or direct message them if your host did not do 3-way messages and say “Hey there Carrie! Thank you so much for being a part of the party! We appreciate it so much! I'm reaching out to help each guest get the best products for them at the best deal! :) What piqued your interest? Nutrition or skincare ?"

If they say "Nutrition"

Say “Awesome! Tell me about your health goals?"

They share goals/desires

ASK a few more questions.."Tell me more about that Linda... Could you use more energy?" or "What's your biggest complaint about your digestion."

After they answer, say

AFTER THE PARTY

Message each guest if they haven't ordered or responded to above:

Say "Thanks so so much for "coming" to HOST NAME'S Arbonne party! If you haven't commented on the giveaway entries, there's still time! Hop on and do that before the drawing. HOST NAME is working toward some great host rewards yay! No pressure at all though, we just appreciate you joining in! Here's a link to a suggested cart for the products you were interested in. OR here's a link if you'd like to just shop around, _____________________________. It's best if I place your first order so that you don't miss any free products or free shipping. When you decide what you want, I can give you a call to get your info - super fast and simple. Thanks a zillion!!!

If they go dark…

CIRCLE BACK around in a few days and say:

“Hey there Susan! No pressure at all, but I’m wrapping up HOST'S Arbonne FB party and putting last minute orders in. Yay! Which bundle interested you most - the AgeWell skincare or the 30 Days to Healthy Living? May I answer any questions for you?"

TIP: It's awesome if you can call to get order info and put the order in yourself. Once they say what they want, just ask for their phone number to call and get the info.

A week after the party

For people who didn’t order or maybe even didn’t respond at all:

“Hey there Karen! I’m wrapping up HOST'S Arbonne FB Party and am putting in last minute orders. Just thought I'd circle back around. Were you more interested in skincare or nutrition? No biggie if you aren't ordering; we just appreciate you joining in!"

2 Weeks After the party

Hey there Kelly! Lisa Voorhies, HOST's friend with Arbonne. Thanks so much for allowing HOST to invite you to her Facebook party. I’m sending out some samples of (…FIZZ, ….Shake ….. Skincare - whatever you have available) to HOST'S buddies in her party. May I drop one in the mail to you? No obligation at all. I would just love to know what you think. As soon as they've placed an order
