SPOTSYCTC WEEKLY UPDATE 2025-2026
The Week Ending September 12, 2025
Principal's Message
Good afternoon, SpotsyCTC Community!
Another fantastic week is in the books, and we’re proud to share just a few of the exciting things happening at Spotsylvania Career and Technical Center.
Our HOSA (Future Health Professionals) chapter just elected a brand-new officer team for the 2025–2026 school year. These emerging leaders are already showing promise, and we look forward to spotlighting them in next week’s update.
Meanwhile, our Teachers for Tomorrow students had the opportunity to visit one of our local elementary schools. It was a powerful experience, giving them a glimpse into the impactful role they may soon step into as future educators.
Also worth celebrating: our Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry students successfully catered their first in-house event of the year! They hosted a joint meeting between SCPS and the Spotsylvania County Government, showcasing both their talent and professionalism. It was a proud moment for our program and a testament to the hands-on learning we provide.
There’s truly no shortage of amazing things happening here at SpotsyCTC. We’re grateful for the energy, enthusiasm, and excellence our students and staff bring every day.
We can’t wait to see what the rest of the year holds, stay tuned, because there’s so much more to come!
